PolarBearPro Free & The Chromatic Edition

PolarBearPro is a very clean and shiny template for Joomla 1.5.

For this template we created a purpose built website to demonstrate one possible way the template could be used - for an iPod case and screen protector store. In this example we installed virtuemart and fitted the site out with various products, reviews and banner ads.

The template has been used for many other types of sites as well, so don't be limited by our imaginations!

There are two versions available:

PolarBearPro Free

This is released under a Creative Commons 3.0 license. You can use it for pretty much whatever you want, however you must leave the link back to JoomlaBear in the footer and the theme comes with one highlight color scheme - blue.

PolarBearPro Chromatic Edition

The Chromatic Edition is availabe as part of our super bundle and is released under a commercial license - It sports 9 highlight color schemes which can be assigned from either the Joomla admin - template parameters or you may choose to publish a color chooser on the frontend so your users can choose their highlight color theme.
You are also welcome to switch off the footer links back to Joomlabear in the commercial version and we've made this super easy for you by adding an admin parameter in the backend.

Module Positions Available In Both Free And Commercial Versions Of The Template

Please note - we have created some additional module positions that are not Joomla's default - we feel these are more intuitive and relevant to our template, and we hope you agree - either way you will still need to go into your admin site modules and change the module position of a number of items to get things looking good on your site.

If you want to get your hands on the FREE version then follow the registration instructions shown below for BlackBear (on our home page). The commercial versions with 9 Colors and footer links removable is available from the store.
