Hi, In this template the XLM for Joomla 15 is included so it won't install on a 10.15 cms and the colums are overflowing it jou look at static page like Joomla Licence. So basicly the text goes thru the thirdh colum

I have re-uploaded the file - this should be fixed but will check it properly shortly.

One issue with the 3 column blackbear for joomla 1 is that you need to have something published right at all times. Otherwise the middle column will float all the way to the right giving you that effect.

I've started work on a fully collapsing 3 column black bear to replace the current versions and it will be much better.
