Joomla Templates

Hi there
I have just added sectionex, a brilliant component for putting my articles, categories etc. in order and showing on my main column. I altered it all to fit in with the template - perfect in Mozilla, all my alterations are there and functioning. However in IE I have found what appears to be a hidden column, on the right hand side of the rightinner - it can only be seen if you right click carefully and drag it over so that all the boxes etc. on the template can be seen - which knocks my third column down. I would be very grateful for suggestions on how to lose this so that it works as well on IE as on Mozilla.

Ok couldn't cope with all the problems section ex brought with it so am now using a categories section module which works much better and brings everything in line in both Mozilla and IE.

Ok so not everything - now I am totally confused because on Mozilla my front page does not line up it is now - and I am not sure what is causing it - spreading the information across the whole of the page through the farright column and looks awful - any suggestions how I can fix this - it is perfectly ok on IE. Also I have a banner - Amazon Unbox which sits perfectly in User 3 at the bottom of the main column on Mozilla and is nowhere to be found on IE - it is just not there??????? What is going on?

help! frustration is setting in as I promised myself that this site would be complete by the end of August and that is with all articles etc. but I need it functioning properly first.
