Using Transparent Bliss 2

I have top menu items, y'know the ones that typically say "About Joomla, Features, News, The Community" etc.

In Transparent Bliss they are on the bottom of the central column or main body as the image illustrates:


What in the css do I change so that they are above and to the right of the central column as the following image illustrates?:

i think you have to set a module positiopn inside the index.php

i think it has to be below where i placed the commented out line that may wworks
