Hello,
I have 2 questions...

1. I am curious how do you get the log in fields to fit so nice in the footer? My initial attempts to just assign it to that position do not give me the same results!

2. What is used for the great drop down menus on this site for the top_menu, they look fantastic!

Thanks,
Jeff

Hi Jeff,

Transmenu for the top menu - we use swmenu - a joomla extension - search the forum as there have been a few posts about it.

The login in the footer is actually another module... I think flexible login module or similar - I will get back to you on this.

Flexible login worked for me. Publish the flexible login module in the "bottom" position, and add the following lines to your css file:

/* flexible login */
fieldset.js_login {border:0px;}
fieldset.js_login {margin-left:9px;}
fieldset.js_login legend {display:none;}

Flexible login can be found here:

Good luck :-)

Thanks for the info. Ill have to play with transmenu a bit, I am not getting good results sofar.

No luck with Flex login, sadly it killed my site :(
After installing and configing it successfully I noticed that my external content pages stopped rendering. My gallery2 bridge stopped working.

Uninstalling it did not fix my site either.
I have since reinstalled the site clean, full rebuild.
I was able to replicate the issue on a test server with a clean Joomla install with just g2 bridge and flex login installed. :angry:

oohh well.
Thanks again yall!

Hello, I got everything working when I downloaded the package...
Question:
I want to remove the ----> 'Lost Password? No account yet? Register'

text and links. Can someone please help me modify the code to do so.

Thanks,

Jeffb

Hey bakerballs,
you can do this just bare in mind you'll be taking away some important functionality. Of coarse if you don't want any one logging in that isn't already registered then no worries.

look for the file 'mod_login.php' in 'site directory/modules/mod_login.php'. You'll be looking for lines '107 & 108' for 'lost password?' and lines '111 & 123' for 'no account yet? Register'. Thats Joomla 1.0.12
