hello hello

i brought the black bear pro, and when its on my site, it doesnt look the same as it should

www.audiochemistry.co.uk/radio

take a look there, the banners at the top are missing and what not :(

any help ?

That does not look like a template issue - was Joomla working before you installed our template?

yeah it was working fine, the template displays ok, its just the top 2 banners aint there, the search bar aint there, and the little nav that goes across aint there,

this could be because i might have edited something long ago ?

any clues on how to get it looking like the one i purchased?

yes - when I looked before I saw only a page of php errors... nothing else...

now I see the template.

You need to go into 'modules' and move some things around.

You will want to publish your top menu in the position 'top-nav' and also set the "menu style" to 'legacy - flat list'

If you would like a backup of chromatic.joomlabear.com to be installed on your hosting I can sort this out for you - it would be identical to the demo - you would have to provide me with details of your hosting setup though and this would have to be done via email for security - use the address posted previously.

Alternatively we can work through issues step by step here in the forum. Which is the slower option but possibly better as we'll go through the production routine.

totaly confused now mate :S lol

only really want the template to look like the one on the picture, with a banner at the top with the add next to it,

where the search bar is and the little nav bars there dont want them there, just want that black strip thats all,

this is all i need really lol
