Joomla Templates

I'm using the template Black Bear Pro.
In the position "Feature" I've installed the ROKSlideshow.
In combination with some plugins, the feature-position will disapear.
Can you tell me why?

For example: in combination with the guestbook (Phoca) of the Gallery (JoomGallery).

I hope somebody can help me.

The 'Feature' position only uses the most simple, and standard Joomla code to hide the position if nothing is published there.

I do not think this would conflict.

It is much more likely the other plugins are conflicting with each other. If this is the case then it could be quite hard to fix.

You could test by trying to publish a another module in the feature position as well - something simple like latest news. If you can see it then you know the template php is working fine.

Try this and see how you go - if you still cannot get it working email me an admin password and a list of the plugins you think are conflicting.

I have to warn you though - If this is a javascript conflict between Rokslideshow and another javascript I probably wont be able to fix it as javascript is not my specialty and the problem can also be very difficult when large scripts are involved.
