I am at a loss.. I have tried virtually everything I can think of but I am probably missing the most simple thing.

Please advise why when I try to change the head.png file I get a permissions denied error. I have looked at every CHMOD setting and its all just a blur now.

Here is the error I get in my ftp program.
[39,11/2/2007 6:54:25 AM,0]553 Rename/move failure: Permission denied

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

hmmm the answer I think will be dependent on your ftp program. Can you change your chmod setting for head.png to 777 ?
