Hello,

Sorry to ask a questions as I am not yet a paying member. I hope to be soon. I have no job and I want to update my personal website since it's listed on my resume. I asked my wife to let me borrow her credit card, but it's a no-go for now!

Anyhow, I'm using the Transparent Bliss 1.5 template.

I want to know how I could change the level or color of the transparency.

If I use the default Joomla template it is really transparent. But with Transparent Bliss 1.5 it is dark.

I would love if it would be like on this site here:

joomlabear.com/Joomulus/

I could not find how to move it to the top but I will use it as a left menu for now.

Either way it is really awesome. I hope next week to get a least one month membership as I get my last pay from my last job.

You all have some really amazing templates and your work is very awesome!

Thank you for reading.

Hi,

We're always happy to answer questions ;-) Don't sweat it.

Can you post a link to your site? The only thing I can think of is that the appearance of the transparency is dependent on the color behind the Joomulus module. The other issue is that you need to check the transparent background option in teh module settings.

If you can link us to your site I should be able to troubleshoot.

Thanks!

www.flowingthoughts.com/main/

I figure it must be some css thingy or something.

I just want to make the black-ish box go away.

I tried fiddling with the css files but I could not get anything. I re-set them back.

Anyhow I look forward to when I get my membership and can share what I can make. I use Bryce and Carrara 7 Pro so I can make some awesome backgrounds too share :)

Thank you again,

-Shawn

I figured it out, it was a image files not a css color.

:)

left-mid.png

I had copied the template over and edited the title in the file templateDetails.xml

This way I can assign different background images for different pages.

But I did not copy over the image folder and in the templates html file I only switched over the directory for the background.

Anyways I got it to look how I want it to.

p.s.

How long will the independence sale be for the memberships?

:D

Thank you and have a great day.
