Hello friends of JoomlaBear, I am new in this and have a problem with template BlackBear.

I am using Joomla's version 1.0.13 and cannot visualize the menu of the left part.

Please help me since I like this much control yourself.

There could be many reasons. Is the menu published in the right position?
