I have a flash and I want to put this flash in the top-banner, but do not know how to go about it? Can you direct me to how to do this. I have uploaded my .swf flash in Images/stories/videos. Anybody there,here

Also main menu is out of place and did try to place flash into as in the pic, but flash is wwaaaaaay to your right.
