Joomla Templates

I'm having issues with the top-nav menu on our site: townhalltz.com. I am attempting to create a menu item titled "resources". I would like that to display on hover to show the submenu. I have not been able to get the menu to cooperate so far. I can get it to show on click or to always display the submenu. I've changed out the template to rhuk_milky and get the same results, so I know it's not the transbear template. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I'd definitely be interested in learning how to get this effect also. I've attempted to ask a few questions in the joomla forums about this as well as another weird issue I'm experiencing but so far no resolution.
