JoomlaBear not working in Safari 2 Years, 6 Months ago Karma: 0
I have installed Joomulus onto and the setting for transparancy works fine in IE7 & Firefox but not Safari 4.03.

I have set a specific background image on the template to show through the Joomulus extension but it doesn't seem to work on Safari.

Can anyone help?
Thx

Hi Candyman,
I’ve opened the link in Firefox as well as Safari 4.03 and they look identical to me, both load fine. Are you saying the grey image behind the Joomulus tag cloud does not load in your Safari? If this is the case try emptying cache in safari Edit>Empty cache or Ctrl+Alt+E. Let me know if this works :-).

Hi Little Bear
I had another user also check it out and they too confirmed it works with their Safari. I tried it on 2 different computers as well as emptied cache as recommended and checked it again today with the same result so I really don't know why it is doing this.

The good news is that is in fact working and it seems to be only an issue on my PC thank goodness.

Thank you for a quick response and confirming it to work OK, I'll continue to dig into the problem and if I find anything will post here for possible others if they have a similar issues.

Many Thx

Joomulus not responding to mouse in safari 1 Year, 2 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi Guys,
The Site I am currently building is: martinwuehler.com.
Point is that the menu won't respond to the mouse on my clients mac (safari 4.14). It neither rotates nor is it possible to get a hover effect.

(You need to click the 'slideshow' to enter the menu)

Might this be a bug? How to solve it? I'm a little stuck here. In Firefox it works fine.

The two pictures with the logo and the slideshow collapse via inline pop (Javascript is still to be seen in the index page). So I don't see the problem there.

Thanks in advance.
Tom

//Edit: Kinda solved it. It's not a flash problem of joomulus, but apparently of the inline pop. Safari doesn't really like this.
