BlackBear Pro Wrapper Question 2 Years, 5 Months ago Karma: 0
I am using BlackBear Pro on my website (Great Template BTW) and have just run into a problem that is driving me nuts.

I recently added a link to my Wordpress Blog using a wrapper. The Blog itself uses a wrapper template which is set to use the same color scheme as my website. When I click the link to the blog on my front page the joomla wrapper opens, but the content section is filled with a blank white page, then my blog page appears. Since the length of time for the white page varies with my connection speed, it looks like joomla is filling the space with a blank page until the blog page loads.

This is no problem, but I'd rather the page be the same color as the BlackBear Background.

I have been all over the template and cannot figure out how to make this happen.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

TIA

Thanks for your prompt reply.

The link to my site is

www.grprod.net

I am linking to the Blog through the GRP Blog link in the right column on the front page.

Hi Greg,
Is this the page which loads with a white bg?
www.grprod.net/main/index.php? option=com...apper&Itemid=126
Because, it loaded fine for me without a white background. Have you tried emptying your cache and loading the page?

Well, now I am embarassed.

I haven't found the reason, but it appears the cause of the problem rests with my computers not with the site.

I'm Linux based and all my computers have the same distribution, version and the latest version of Firefox. And They all showed this same display problem. It's not a cache issue. I have all my browsers set to clear the cache whenever Firefox closes.

After your latest reply, I thought to look on a Windows partition, and voila, the white page does not appear. So it would seem to be something with either the version of Firefox I am running or my current distribution or setup.

Sorry to trouble you without fully checking this out first. I just assumed there was something I had set wrong in the css settings somewhere. I really appreciate your time in looking into this.
