Yes, name tag is for Kanji characters. Sorry it doesn't support Kana but it creates a massive flash file.

Is it all working properly? post a link to your site, I'd like to see the module in action.

I'm sorry, just read your message.. Thank you for your support.. Nope.. It's still not working.. no characters appear.. however, if we hover the mouse in the flash, there's a border, so the chracters exist, it just doesn't appear.. Thank you very much.. My site is www.kanjihybrid.com/
.. In the right corner, there is a tag section.. but no characters appear.. thank you..

This is strange Eoko, I can't work out why they're not showing (I'm hoping they're all Kanji characters).

As a test you could try switching it to English, put some English characters in there and see if they show up... if not then it'll be a conflict on the site. But if they do show, it'll be a bug that I haven't picked up on....

Oh forgive me, I'm getting Kana and Kanji mixed up. Sorry my Japanese isn't very good.

The Japanese Joomulus is ONLY supporting KANA, the Kanji library is too extensive to include. I know this is extremely limiting. There is a work around but you'll need Flash AS3. You can embed the exact characters you need for your tag cloud. This keeps the required characters to around 100, instead of the 1000's that Kanji has.

I have been thinking how to run Joomulus off device fonts. Which would make a 5kb flash file, and allow and language to be used. Because solving this would also allow for a Chinese Joomulus. But there are issues with this...
