Joomla Templates

I paid $20 via PayPal over 24 hours ago. I have yet to receive any instruction on how to download the template, despite three emails to JoomlaBear. When I log in, all the downloads have red lines through them and I can't download anything.

I made my initial contact through email and had good results getting up and running!

I have now emailed them four times, both through the web site to support@joomlabear, and to the address on my PayPal receipt, info@joomlabear, and have yet to receive a response. If I don't hear from someone by tonight, I will be filing a dispute with PayPal.

Hey Steve , give us a break ! I have been a member here for about a year now , and have nothing but praise for the Joomla Bears. They have helped me upload a new site and answered all my questions in a prompt and helpful way. I figure you did not know that there is over 34147 registerd members to this site all with questions like yours . So if you don't have the patience , maybe Joomla and the opensource aspect probably isn't for you. So if you need a website done this minute , you could always go and pay somebody thousands of dollars to do it for you. Help yourself and others will help you.

Really? You think that expecting immediate access to files THAT I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR is unreasonable? I'm not asking for support, I'm asking for the product.

My apologies. I must have just missed your email yesterday when I left. We are based in New Zealand and, for example, are 17 hours ahead of some parts of the USA, the time zone difference and the fact that it's the weekend conspired against us - It's almost 3pm Saturday here.

I will look into your account issues for you now. In 99% of cases access is automated - you pay via PayPal and PayPal sends confirmation of this back to the server using IPN (Instant Payment Notification). Unfortunately we have seen a number of these failed activations in recent weeks and judging by other vendors similar issues with PayPal it seems the IPN is not always sent... little I can do about that and we are still just a 2 man design team here and have to sleep sometimes...

You should see a premium badge beside your name now and you have access to all downloads.

looks like nothings coming thru email and the site denied downloads still... damn.
i shall email and see what resonse, all i need was a black template to start up a design for a press release going out well about now for a website launch... so grab a template, but im not sure i can do this now.

Manually approving now - occasionally PayPal does not send the correct Instant Payment Notification (IPN) back and the activation is not automated.

We get on top of these as quickly as possible - in this case 3 hours.

joomlabear people do reply, its all a matter of patience, this people also need to eat and rest just like us, but one thing for sure, daily they are monitoring the website, and when they are available they will answer asap.
