With a lot of help from Big Bear, I have created a great site (I think) for our church using the TransBear template. Link is below.... My question is - I need to have a section on the frontpage that will catch the visitor's attention. Sort of like a 'news flash'. For example, right now we are looking for a new youth pastor. I wanted to place an 'ad' on the frontpage immediately under the big heading section. I tried setting up a banner but it doesn't show anywhere (it could be operator error though - all I did was create in position 1 and click publish; I think it might be under the page heading). Any suggestions on how I do this? Ideally it would be scrolling verbiage with the ad rolling across the frontpage (or something similar) with the ability to change the verbiage for the next 'news flash'. Help will be much appreciated! Take a look please....
