Hi bears

How do I check that my contacts page is going to the right email address?

Ive done a few tests and nothing comes through. Ive been into the module and it looks like everythings pointing in the right direction and yet still nothing comes through.

Any emails sent from the contacts page should be going to info@drawable.com.au.

Can you please let me know what buttons to push to make this work?

Try that contact form now - there was a small piece of code missing from the template - perhaps happened while we were editing?
Should be all good now.

It still doesnt seem to be coming through and theresnow some extra text up the top of the page saying 'message - thank you for your email'.

The contacts page still leads to nowhere, I've done test after test and nothing. It wont even send me the copy to my email.

Can you please have a look at this today as we want to do a mail out and a dud contacts page doesnt really help.

Also - when opening the site in different browsers, different computers, the text (mainly the headings) jump around, is there anyway to lock these? Thanks!

When I visit your contact page I see all your company details. Can you see this?

I changed it to take the form off as it wasnt working. I will put it back on now, we want to do a mail out today so I need this form to work...

Hi Rachel,
May I suggest you update Joomla - you are running a version that is quite out of date now and I would not be surprised if the issue is tied to this. What we fixed the other day was the only possible template related issue I could think of.
You'll want to download the correct patch - Joomla 1.5.10 to 1.5.15 - unzip it and FTP the files up to your site, overwriting the current files.
Before doing this use Joomlapack to do a backup!

One more thing you could try - there are different options for sending mail - in Global Config under Server you can use another method to send mail - before changing anything here I would test your mail function by sending an email from Joomla admin and seeing if it gets through. If it does then this is not your issue and it is most likely set to the optimal setting already.

Updating is still top of the list as you should do this anyway to keep your site secure.

Just sent a test email via your form and checked the option to send a copy to myself and it arrived. So it is all working. Have you checked the email that the form is sending to?

Um, dont suppose you could tell me how to do that...? I swear, once its done, its done!

Well you need to go into your Components > Contacts and check what email the form is sending to.

Oh i thought you meant something complicated, no I've checked that, and I've changed it to send to my email and everything and still nothing. Have decided just to have the email link there for the moment.
