Big Bear,

It's embarrasing but, I have a link at the bottom of my site called Coming Soon, it goes to an error but I don't know where it originates from. Can you help me?

Also, the Kuenena forum won't install.

The good news first - I checked the Coming Soon link and it was just your Top Menu published in a module position at the bottom of the page (User 3) I have disabled it.

I apologise because we don't have proper documentation for this template yet to show you where the modules are (you are the only one using this template currently) but will in a few days when we release it.

User 3 is below the content area.

The bad news is I removed Kunena and re-installed and received the following error:

I N S T A L L : F A I L E D - Minimum Version Requirements not satisfied

php version: 5.2.2 (Required >= 5.0.3)
mysql version: 4.0.24-nt-max-log (Required > 4.1.19)

The issue is your MySQL is not recent enough. You will need to speak with your web host and explain to them you need at least 4.1.18 as per the message above.

Will I need to remove and re-install again?

Joomla must run after the change, but the Kuena extension you must reinstall I think.

But don't forget to make backups from your site!

For example with Akeeba Backup

My new MySQL database has been set up but I have NO idea what to do from here and looking at the documentation you sent me, it might as well be written in Chinese because I can't make out what I am to do from this point.

Lol not chinese. Import the old database you saved in csv format to your new one. You'll be fine as long as you dont have to merge any tables.
