Help! Background image not loading 1 Year, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
I am desperately trying to update my background image for this weekend and I have deleted image5 x3 times and uploaded a new image 5 but the old one still appears in the media folder and on screen. What can I do????

Hello Cammy Girl,

please try first delete the image and then copy the new image on the server.

When you can not delete the old one, you have the wrong permission.

When you want we can also start a remote maintance and I can take a look.
