Hello ajarnpaul,

Welcome at JoomlaBear.com
Here a quick solution:

Go in the backend udner Extensions >> Template Manager >> BlackBear Pro >> Edit CSS

There you search the lines:
/*Horizontal Nav*/

#nav {
float: right;
}

Unfortunately for the float there is no "center". Only "left" and right" :-(

So you can change it to:
/*Horizontal Nav*/

#nav {
margin-left:270px;
}
