Flash Not Playing on new server 1 Year, 2 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi there - I have got the fully paid for Transbear template working perfectly on my local test server (Windows 2008). I have now ported it to my Linux Virtual server and everything works except the Baloon flash animation. It says "movie not loaded" I seem to recall that you pointed me in the direction of a local "player" but can remeber where - any help much appreciated - Ian Ashpole.

Do you have the legal rights to the files correctly? So that the www-user have the rights on it?

Hi German Bear - I have given full rights to the baloon.swf are there others that need permission chganges?

Please check also the subfolders... Can be that this is the problem...

If that does not help, you can send me when you want over E-Mail a backend login and I take a look.

Hi Geman Bear - many thanks for the excellent support. I have solved the problem - it was to do with case sensitivity of the file BALOON.SWF and baloon.swf - all working now. Thanks again.
