Hi All,
I'm uploading the blackbear source files here for your customization pleasure.
The ZIP contains a fireworks 8 document - the latest version of Photoshop may open it and preserve the layers and slices otherwise you'll need fireworks.
I've used a number of layers and masks and you'll find if you are changing colors, etc you may need to modify more than one object or unmask something and then remask it after you have altered it.
