Hi,

Login as administrator into your joomla admin then go to

Modules >> Site Modules

Click the Main Menu in the list

When you are on the Main Menu Editing screen, under the Parameters options
4th option from top is Menu Style, set it to Flat List from drop down menu

Once you have done that click save and go to your joomla site and refresh it, your menu should look like what you are looking for if it doesn't clear your browser's cache then refresh it should be working now.

Good Luck!

Hi,

See which style is controlling the menu width, it is mostly mainlevel, play with the width attribute in that and you will mostly be all set.

I am talking about editing the style sheet of your template.

Thanks.

Are you using Internet Explorer to view that site?? it looks like its getting padded out to the left.

Hi Dennis,

It looks like you have published the Main Menu in the Left module position.

You should publish it in User 1 module position.

The Left column has padding on both sides so that any modules you publish there don't touch the sides - User 1 has no padding so it will display the menu correctly.

Post edited by: Big Bear, at: 2007/09/18 06:57
