On line 10 of index.php for Black bear 1.5 the link tage reads

<link href="<?php echo $this->baseurl ?>/templates/blackbear_1_5/css/template.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

Which is the wrong file name. It should read.

<link href="<?php echo $this->baseurl ?>/templates/blackbear_1.5_1/css/template.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
