Right rail? 2007/09/26 16:11 Karma: 0
First off, Polar Bear is perfect!

With one exception, I would like to add a right rail for news feeds, polls ect..

I've called the right rail in the php, but I cannot get the alignment correct. Is there a specific place to call it without throwing the design off?

Thanks!

Hi

I would add another DIV and float it right in the CSS.

Whatever width you assign the right column you would then need to subtract from <div id"content"> so that alignment works.

If you want to post a link to your production site I can comment more.

Hope this helps

thks big bear!

Everything is good to go except my forum page - how do I extend it the full length of the page instead of it being contained within the #content?

On the forum responses as well, my submit buttons ect are totally black...

Thanks again!

Hi

Are you using fireboard as your forum? If so firebaord has it's own css stylesheet that can be edited via the foreboard control panel.

The #content div should expand vertically to hold any required content?

send me a link if you want me to have a look at it.
