Hi All,

If anyone who postedin this forum hasn't had their issue resolved by us manually then please post here.

The most common issue seemed to be the Template folder being renamed on install. Perhaps automatically by the users web server not liking the folder/directory name.

The name of the template directory should be blackbear_1.5_1 so your the path will be something like:

mysite.com/templates/blackbear_1.5_1/

What we have seen is a couple of installs where after installing via joomla template installer the path was:

mysite.com/templates/blackbear/

obviously the path to the CSS and any embedded images won't be correct if the directory name has changed.

The quick fix is just to manually adjust the directory name back to /blackbear_1.5_1/

In the future we will avoid any underscores or periods(.) in our file names - it kinda just happened as we worked through various versions and updates...

Thanks

BigBear
