License For All Free Templates
All Free Jooma Templates are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License.

What this license means to you
For all our Free Joomla Templates you may use them at liberty on as many sites, commercial or non-comercial, as you like.
You may modify our templates freely.
The JoomlaBear footer must stay intact exactly as it is, linking back to http://joomlabear.com.
If you wish to remove the footer you may do so by purchasing the commercial version of the free template - Joomla 1.5 versions will have a parameter to simply switch this off.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. Purchase of a template implies that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the stated terms and conditions in their entirety. We reserve the right to change and modify the Terms and Conditions of JoomlaBear.com without notice, and you agree by continuing to use this site and our templatest to be bound by any such modification.
After we have succesfully received your payment via PayPal download information will be emailed to the email address provided. You should recieve your download details immediately. However we do not accept any liability or responsibility for emails that are not recieved as this can be caused by many factors outside our control. If you do not recieve your download information by email then you can contact us and we will ensure that you are given all the files you have purchased in a timely fashion.
You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our templates to fit your needs. You may not redistribute our commercial templates in any way. You must not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the template xml file. You may remove the copyright from the footer of our templates.
You may not place any of our commercial templates, modified or unmodified, on a removable storage medium, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without our prior written consent.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our templates, modified or unmodified. Our templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall JoomlaBear Limited be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
All templates are always designed for the latest version of Joomla and Mambo, but we can give no guarantee the templates will run with future versions of these CMSs.
JoomaBear.com does not warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions, components, mambots, modules or other products. Browser compatibility should be tested against our demonstration versions. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes as we can not guarantee JoomlaBear.com themes will work with all browser combinations. JoomlaBear.com does not commit to monitor the forums or guarantee that we will reply to all qeustions.
